But we can control the amount of calories we take in everyday. Here is one fact: whatever excess calories that your body cannot utilise, they will be converted to and stored as fats.</p>

My parents are making me take a First Check home drug test before I go to China in two weeks and I havent smoked for the last week.  I know it says that it stays in your system for a month but considering the above factors (also im in relatively food shape with a kickin metabolism), How long do you think I should wait to take the test?  Keep in mind the sooner I take it and pass, the sooner I can start smoking grass.<br />
<br />start sweating. like&#8230;exercise daily for the week and drink more water than u normally do. i heard something about cranberry juice helps detox but&#8230;idk maybe i was just high ;). but ya peeing alot and sweating alot helps get the excess thc out of your system. but the way you put it at the end&#8230;sounds like u need it dude. try taking breaks (not once u pass of course roll a fat cone, but after a week take a week off or soemthing. moderations key if your feeling like you NEED it instead of WANT it) good luck dude im lucky my parents are cool about it (they dont like it, but they realize its my body and my decision. i still can function and my grades have SOMEHOW IMPROVED since i started smoking. dont ask how because not even i know hahahah</p>

<p>2. Salmon fish (white meat). It is an excellent source of protein. Drinking enough water every day will ensure that your metabolism is running up to speed.</p>
<p>What you eat is highly important. Those five or six small meals per day should consist of lean meats (including chicken and fish), whole grains (cereals, bread, and pasta), leafy-green vegetables and fresh fruits. The problem is most people go about this the wrong way by cutting to many calories only to find out that their metabolism begins to slow down because of the lack of caloric energy.</p>
<p>One of the best ways to increase your metabolism is by eating a negative calorie diet that consists of healthy foods. Look at it this way, the more nutritious the food you eat the better off your body will be. Kind of like your mom used to tell you when you tried to hide those peas in your napkin.</p>
