My NEW Healthy Lifestyle, any extra Tips?

-go to gym and do cardio workout for 1hr every other day, plus some leg & abdominal excercises
-drink lots of water (up to 64 oz)
-reduced the sugar & salt intake (never add salt to my foods now)
-Have more fiber (25grams)
-crunches (30 per day)
-Dont overfill my stomach
-NO junk food
-Green & white tea
