What are some natural metabolism boosters? (not Hydroxycut!) I mean NATURAL?!?

Green tea, or green tea supplements. They are also a great antioxidant. There are a ton of natural green tea/hoodia root capsules on the market…they help slow food digestion, ward off hunger, rid of toxins in the body, and speed the metabolism. Make sure you drink plenty of water!
