		<description>I have the same problem. I eat 3000 cals a day and LOSE weight. My tiny 112 pound body isn't liking so much foodin order to gain (I need 10 more pounds). I have found that eating carbs in the night time and taking naps after meals helps. As long as you stay active, it won't hurt your health.
