Slow Down Metabolism?
There are tons and tons of low calorie foods, herbs, fitness centers, programs, equipment and medication to speed up a persons metabolism. Well thats all fine and dandy for all the over-weight people in the world; theres alot of them so I understand it’s a more severe problem. But what about the othr side of the spectrum, those of us who can’t gain weight?
If science can find a way to speed up a persons metabolism then why cant they find a way to slow it down?
You can’t fully understand my situation without first knowing some things. Firstly I’m only 143 lbs right now through hard work of expanding my diet and working out over the past serveral months before that I weighed 135 for about 2 years. If I were to become ill like i was back in December with strep throat then all that work is wasted. I lost 12 lbs in that one week.
Please no answers regarding just eating junk food/more food or comments about how you wish you could loose weight.
I have the same problem. I eat 3000 cals a day and LOSE weight. My tiny 112 pound body isn’t liking so much foodin order to gain (I need 10 more pounds). I have found that eating carbs in the night time and taking naps after meals helps. As long as you stay active, it won’t hurt your health.
Good luck!

"What can I do to gain weight?
The average person wanting to gain weight should try to eat foods with high calorie content and larger portions of food. Mild exercise can help to increase your appetite and help you add muscle rather than fat."
This is small portion from this site, check it out!
