Slow down metabolism?

I have an unhuman metabolism, whenver i eat a big meal my stomach is growling by the next hour. Its impossible for me to gain any muscle mass let alone keep it on, If i dont fill up before i go to bed the next morning i can feel that my chest has gotten significantly smaller, im a guy by the way lol. I dont want any stupid answers like well just eat more. Are there any pills, herbs or foods? or do i have to live off whey protein or something? thanks

That all depends on what your eating, if your filling up on carbs, then of course you are going to be hungry an hour later, cut the carbs and sugar, eat more protein and do some strength exercises

    Find foods that keep you full for longer. Broccolli, oatmeal, anything with fiber…. You may just have to wait until your metabolism slows down. You may hate it now but you will LOVE it 10+ years from now.
