    I have been recently trying to do the same thing- I keep running in to info that leads to ECG (green tea extract) and Guarana- it is another natural supplement- there is a 100% juice smoothie that is all natural sold in the produce section of most stores called "Naked" juice- they have varieties that boost energy and metabolism- they are kind of pricey-3.69 for 16 oz. But- I feel like they help me- and of course- I think the standard answer is more exercise daily! Good luck
