I been clean from smoking herb for two months, and I had one puff two weeks before taking the piss test, What do you think Pass /Fail ? And why do you think pass/fail?

How long do you think that puff will take to clear out of the system.
Dont you think that regular metabolism would take care of that?
And yes, I know I was wrong for doing that so please do not elaborate on that.

this was a few years back…but my uncle had gotten into some trouble that required him to be on probation and he had to take a urine test every month. he didn’t test clean the entire time. The amount in the test got lower because he wasn’t smoking anymore, but he didn’t test clean. They told hom that it could take years for him to pass a piss test clean.

Some clarifications about weight-loss…What should I do (details)?

The only way I know how to lose weight, and that has worked for me in the past is to eat very little, and exercise for an hour a day…
I know when you eat little, that slows down your metabolism…so I was wondering how I could prevent that…
First of all, I don’t like eating meat…especially on a diet, so how can I get enough protein…Right now I’m eating cottage cheese with flax seeds, and that’s very filling, but what other things could I eat that don’t have too many calories?
At the end of my diet, I plan to slowly increase the amount of food I eat, to a normal level, so that I don’t gain it back quickly…
The reason I gained it back in the past is because I overate…but over the last year I’ve pretty much kept my weight stable…so basically, I know how to eat well so that I don’t gain more weight.
I’m 130 lb at the moments, which is a bit much for 5ft 2, so I’m planning on 115, which is what the doc advised.
Also..I’m taking slim quick :) which seems healthy with its herbs.

Some other sources of protein include milk, eggs, nuts, tofu, and cheese. I can’t think of anything else at the moment.

Is it possible to (naturally) induce a growth spurt?

I’m 16. I have a few tall family members, and I’m about 173-5 cm. I wanna get a growth spurt so I can be at least be 6 foot. My mum says I’m growing, but I don’t see anything happening. I refuse to use any inorganic substances, eg. intravenous testosterone, steroids, etc. as I’ve heard they make things worse, i.e. testicular atrophy, tearing muscles, etc. Only natural things like fruit and veg that contain plenty of (phyto)nutrients necessary for growth. (I’m NOT gay and I’m NOT a girl, for those of you who may think it sounds like it by what I said - I just want to keep it natural, as God created all the things necessary for our bodily health, and He knows what’s best for us, whereas humans just keep stuffing everything up for themselves - well not everything, but a fair bit. I just want to know the stuff I don’t know about that’s good for you.) I’m a pretty healthy eater, I have plenty of veg each day, but I was wondering, any fruit, veg, herbs, etc, that would help will healthy height, mental (brain), sexual (genital), muscular and bone development? I really want a bit of a self confidence booster, as all my friends and family are taller, except my sister, who’s older than me, but nevertheless smaller, due to her metabolism, which she inherited from mum’s side, whereas dad’s side is relatively tall.
